    Product Introduction

    1. All-in-one design: lightweight, reliable, and cost-effective.

    Hardware Introduction

    1. Input interfaces: Receive signals from external devices, such as button inputs on machine operation panels, various sensors (e.g., position sensors, temperature sensors), and CNC machining programs transmitted by external devices. Common input types include USB ports, Ethernet ports, etc., facilitating connection and data transfer with various external devices.

    2. Output interfaces: Output control signals processed by the CNC system to machine execution components such as drive motors, solenoid valves, indicator lights, etc., controlling machine movement, actions, and status display. Output signal types and formats must match connected components to ensure accurate signal transmission and execution.

    3. Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen for displaying CNC system interfaces, machining programs, parameters, machine status, alarm information, and more, facilitating monitoring and operation by users.

    4. Communication capability with external devices, such as data transmission with host computers (e.g., PCs) for remote monitoring, program transfer, and system upgrades; or network communication with other CNC devices for coordinated multi-machine operation and centralized management.

    5. Uses a high-performance CPU as the core computing unit of the CNC system, responsible for processing and executing various CNC instructions, programs, and data calculations. The high-performance CPU ensures fast response and efficient handling of large instruction volumes to maintain system real-time performance.

    6. USB 3.0 port for convenient and fast program transfer and import.

    7. EtherCAT industrial fieldbus with high real-time responsiveness.

    8. Expandable external functional modules (ADC/DAC/AXES).
